@careerwithsii: Five months is how long it took me to finally land a job. That meant a lot of applications, constant email checking, and figuring out what I needed to improve. Some days were productive, others not so much, but overall it was a process of adjusting and staying consistent. What made the difference was changing how I approached things. I started using Sprout and it gave me more structure and direction. Instead of guessing, I had a clearer idea of what to focus on and how to move forward. Eventually I got the email, the offer, and the result I had been working toward. It really came down to being consistent and making a change when what I was doing wasn’t working.
