✨Loaded fries with chilli chicken bites🌶️ingredients: •Chicken: 500g • salt: Itsp •smoked paprika: 2tsp • black pepper: 1tsp •parsley: 1tsp • oregano: Itsp •onion powder: Itsp •garlic powder: 1tsp • ginger &garlic paste: 1tsp Flour mixture: •egg: 1 •water: 150ml • flour: 1cup • baking powder: 1tsp Sticky sauce: • butter: 4tbsp •garlic (4 clove minced) •ketchup: 1 cup •sweet chili sauce:1cup •hot sauce: 3tbsp • Sesame oil:2tbsp •honey: 3tbsp • 1/2 tsp black pepper & salt •1/2 tsp chili flakes Instructions: -in a bowl add fries & 4 cheesy slices -microwave for 1 minute For the chilli chicken bites : -add the spices & ginger-garlic paste to the chicken -then add 1 egg, flour & baking powder -mix well -deep fry until golden brown -for the sticky sauce add some butter, ketchup,sweet chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, sesame oil & 1/2 tsp salt &pepper - sprinkle some chili flakes -Cook on low heat for 2 mins -add chicken & mix -garnish with sesame seeds, spring onion & fresh coriander Enjoy!💕 #loadedfries #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas #fyp#chilichicken
