As the child in this situation there’s lots of guilt and shame. But being a parent in this situation is difficult as well, you want the best for your kids, you want them happy, you don’t want to anger them or upset them. None of them had it easy! None of them should be shamed! They all should be shown love and kindness. They all are trying to move forward in life bettering themselves and as a family. Don’t give up guys! The loves is clearly there still!
