There is a major safety issue with the Getour G700 infotainment system. When using Google Maps or Waze for navigation, activating the right or left turn indicator causes the navigation screen to disappear and the system returns to the home screen. As a result, the driver loses access to the map at a critical moment. For example, if the navigation instructs you to take an exit and there are two exits ahead, you may not be able to see which one to take because the map has disappeared. This can cause confusion, lead to taking the wrong exit, and potentially create a dangerous driving situation. I find this behavior extremely annoying and believe it is a safety concern. Navigation should remain visible when indicators are used, especially when drivers rely on the map for guidance. A navigation system should never disappear at the moment it is needed most. Some owners of the G700 have reported experiencing the same behavior, suggesting that it may be a software design issue that requires an update from the manufacturer.
