Sunset is 100% valid here. Sci twi didn't know shit, she's not related to that shit she had no business in that shit either. She saw magic getting sucked, opening portals and everything but she didn't stop. Instead she caused problems the series should have stopped at movie 2 or somehow bring back the og twilight

The whole movie has been building up to this crashout. Sunset’s growing frustrations at Twilight not responding to her messages and her own inability to keep the magic in the human world under wraps and Sci Twi making things actively worse by accidentally making the magic go wild makes it understandable why Sunset goes off. And her immediate regret and solemn remembrance of her own misuse of magic when she was a villain leads to her understanding Sci Twi when she turns into Midnight Sparkle and finally move past her old life. It’s a necessary but hard moment in Sunset’s Character Arc that needs to happen for her growth and I’m tired of people saying she was too harsh on Sci Twi. She could’ve said a lot worse and I’ll say again she regretted her actions immediately afterwards.
