I’m not a deeply religious person, but I believe that if kindness continues from one person to another, the world can become a more peaceful place. Same happened to me, we were waiting at a bus stop after visiting the Ninja Museum in Kanazawa, the lovely young man from the museum came out and gave us two umbrellas.

I moved to Shizuoka prefecture for my new job. The next day, I got lost and didn’t know how to go to the train station. There’s a woman cleaning her garden so I asked how I can go to the nearest train station. She gave me directions. Maybe she can see that I didn’t really understand her. Then she told me to wait for her. When she came back, she opened her car and told me she would drive me to the station! I was so shocked and touched.
