I realised this so badly left a job after being there for 10 years 6 months and not 1 person kept in touch since I left 🤔 and iv been in a new job nearly 1 year now shocking 😳 but definitely live my life that way now 🤷♂️🙏

Oh absolutely! I have never met a lifelong friend at work they are not your true friends and it’s ruthless in the corporate world, everyone spoke about everyone there were just secrets and lies, cliques everywhere if your face didn’t fit then it was pointless, so glad I’m retired, now I have peace and my real friends are my ride or die’s not acquaintances at work

some truth to it , I think we've all met some unpleasant individuals at work and learnt some hard lessons..we should thank God for the deep connections we made though cos I'm sure we've all at some point made a proper friend
