I tied the tonsil to the metal pieces first and it made application and removal soooo much easier!

I use 10-20 pieces of tinsel per bead, I tie it in a double knot and then put the whole thing in my hair and I only trim the ends! The beads hold larger amounts of tinsel GREATTTT I haven’t had any fall out it’s been about 2 weeks, I’ve gone swimming, on the boat, many many showers, they hold up great! The only thing I don’t like is the ends of the tinsel get bent and curled up when you have them in for a long time but if you run it over with a straightener it’s fine they straighten back out
