I don't think that's the full story cause I've cancelled order for not being ready when I get there cause time is money and why would I stand around for 15mins when I'm only making 5. and I would of cancelled that too I'm not that kind of service

There has to be more to the story because you can order more then just food on the app and I’m sure you can decline orders just like you can on door dash

If whatever company this was did not show her that the order contained 48 bricks then she is not wrong at all. There was a guy on here who said somebody tried to get a freaking refrigerator delivered through Instacart. It’s Instacart’s problem. They shouldn’t be allowed to order certain things through the app.

If you do the uber unlimited deliveries that means Home Depot, groceries and so on. I’ve done these jobs and it notified the location so you have an idea of what to expect. I hate uber and stick with Lyft or DoorDash
