🥐 Croissant Crème Brûlée French Toast Bake • Costco croissants cut into cubes • 6 tbsp butter • ¾ cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 4 eggs • 1 cup half and half • 1 tbsp vanilla • ¼ tsp salt • Cinnamon to taste Mix butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Spread in pan. Layer croissants on top. Pour egg mixture over everything. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. Flip halfway through for that caramelized top. Serve with whipped cream and berries. Tag someone whose family breakfast has kept you around. 😂❤️

The Optimus Prime :
Amazing!! Just made this for 15 people. It’s in the oven now. Used brioche and swapped out the brown sugar for apple pie filling jam from Trader Joe’s. We’ll see how it comes out but I’m sure it will be great. Love baked French toast!
