He let the officer glance at a distance at his badge. You would think an officer would know how much easier things would be if he simply complied. Basically he used his position and knowledge to set that officer up to get him a post retirement payout.

Seems they "Fed" could have been more cooperate in identification. Let the officer see the id. What was the original infection? If he violated the law he was in the wrong.
