Cheeseburger Spring Rolls 🍔 Full filling recipe (makes approx. 20–24 rolls): 2 tbsp oil 1 medium onion, finely diced 3 garlic cloves, minced salt (to taste)  700g lamb mince Season with: 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp black pepper 1 tsp all purpose seasoning 1 tsp taco seasoning ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp adobo ½–1 tsp chilli flakes (to taste) 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp ketchup METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Allow the filling to cool completely before assembling. ASSEMBLING: I use ready-made spring roll pastry (from the freezer section). Add a spoon of filling, a slice of burger cheese (any cheese works), and a little burger sauce. You can leave the sauce out and serve it on the side if preferred — I like to do both. I double wrap the rolls to prevent leaking. To seal them, I mix about 2 tbsp flour with 2–3 tbsp water to make a thick glue-like paste (some people prefer using egg). Gherkins can be added if you enjoy them — I usually make some with and some without. Cook by deep frying until golden, air frying, or oven baking (brush with egg wash for colour if baking).
