Stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. 2️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate until smooth (microwave or double boiler). 3️⃣ Add the toasted quinoa, peanut butter, and melted chocolate into one bowl. 4️⃣ Mix everything together well until fully combined and evenly coated. 5️⃣ Spoon into silicone molds or cupcake liners and press gently. 6️⃣ Freeze for 20–30 minutes (or refrigerate 1–2 hours) until set.
