No me convence.

Might have some Mini Mirko's running around after I cook these beef burritos. 😋👨🏼‍🍳🌯 #cookingformirko #mirko #beefburritorecipe #househusband #animetok Ingredients: • 1lb ground meat (I used 27% fat for the flavor, you can go lower) • 1½ Tablespoons of Mateos Medium Taco seasoning OR your seasoning of choice • 8oz bag of shredded 3 cheese blend • 15oz can of black beans • 1 green or red bellpepper • 2 diced roma tomatoes OR a 10oz can of diced tomatoes • 1 half of a large white onion • 3 teaspoons of salt • 2 tablespoons of lime juice • Burrito sized flour tortillas • I'd suggest using either a taco sauce, queso, salsa, or sour cream as a topping Instructions: • Medium dice the bellpepper, the half of a large white onion, and tomatoes if using instead of canned tomatoes. • Heat a pan on the stovetop to medium-high and lightly oil • Place the ground beef in the pan and break it up while constantly stirring. • Add in the salt and taco seasoning. •Right after the meat starts to brown, add in the diced onion and bell peppers. Continue to stir for 2 minutes, then pour in the lime juice. • Cook for 2 minutes while stirring every 20 seconds or so, then add in the tomatoes. • Let cook for 3 minutes, afterwards add the can of black beans, with the bean juice in the can. I know it sounds gross but trust me. • Stir well and continue to cook until some of the excess liquid has cooked off. You don't want a ton of liquid, so as it cooks, it evaporates while leaving the flavors in the filling. This takes about 5 more minutes of stirring frequently. • Remove the filling from the stove and prepare to roll the burritos. • Place down a tortilla, spread a ⅓ to ½ a cup of the shredded cheese across the Burrito, leaving 1½ inches on both sides clear so you can fold. • Fold the 2 sides gently over the filling and grab the back of the tortilla and pull that forward over the 2 folded sides while using the back of the burrito to pull the filling towards you. Roll the folded sections away from you keeping the cylindrical shape tight. This is easier to watch and learn rather than read... • Optional but recommended: Heat a pan to medium on the stove and lay down the burritos in the pan so you crisp the outside. Place the open flap side down first so it seals it up. You don't want the stove too hot because the cheese needs time to melt. • Once you're satisfied with the exterior browning/crispness, remove from heat, let cool for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy as is, or with toppings.
