ok just to clarify, the dogs are NOT training. the store person stated the OTHER dogs had come in while training. not these dogs.

The state dictates service dogs in training as that part is not protected under ADA, however if they are fully trained and in the process of being released then the store has to follow ADA federal law.

It's also federal law to refuse service for any reason. So with that in mind that can't kick the dog out. And let the human in, but they can kick the human out for causing a scene, even if the one with the animal is in the right.

I would put a string or something on the dog thats not even a inch long and say its on leash. no one said leash has to be in the humans hands
