He’s a Velcro baby bc you pick him right up . Babies don’t know to go play if you don’t allow it . He doesn’t know what to do bc you constantly hold him . Let him cry and he will stop and go play he just doesn’t know bc he’s held al the time

Wanting one moment alone with a velcro baby feels impossible 😅 I was so bloated and exhausted I couldn't even shower without hearing crying. Nothing helped until I found Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green in a mom group. I followed it and lost 26 lbs, my digestion healed, and now I actually have the patience to enjoy the snuggles even when I need a break. It's wild how hidden this info is. Worth every bit.

Whew, I remembered when my 11 month old wouldn’t let me use the toilet lol. I eventually got tired and let him cry it out one day and found him asleep on the bedroom floor, I felt so bad but I got so much done within that nap 😂
