@samisavor1: 🧀 Cheesy Garlic Potato Bread 🥖 Ingredients Dough • 90 g strong flour (bread flour) • 55 g milk (slightly warm) • 10 g unsalted butter, melted • A pinch of salt Filling • 1 medium potato • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise • 2 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp salt • Mozzarella cheese (as desired) Topping • Honey (for drizzling) • 1 tsp garlic paste • 1 tbsp butter • Chopped parsley 👩🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare the Dough 1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. 2. Add milk and melted butter, then knead until smooth (8–10 minutes). 3. Cover and rest for about 1 hour in the fridge. 2. Prepare the Filling 1. Peel and boil the potato until soft. 2. Mash until smooth. 3. Add garlic powder and salt. Mix in mayonnaise until creamy. 3. Shape the Bread 1. Roll dough into a flat round (about 22 cm). 2. Add a layer of mozzarella, then place the potato mixture in the center. 3. Add more mozzarella on top. 4. Fold, seal tightly, and gently flatten. 4. Cook (Pan-Fry) • Heat a pan with a little butter over low–medium heat. • Cook until both sides are golden and the cheese melts inside. • Brush with garlic butter (butter + garlic + parsley) on both sides while hot. 5.
