@nikkiskye_: Let’s get ready for bed. A lot of nerves, a lot of preparing, getting ready to head back to Arizona for yet another procedure. This time felt different though. I fought quietly, with only a few friends by my side and the rest of the world not really knowing. And honestly, I’m not even sure why. Maybe because saying it out loud, cancer, back to back, still feels unreal. And going through it, I just wanted peace this time.
