I was surprised to find how many minor league teams NC has. even just around Charlotte within a 1 hour drive there is 4 that I can think of.

I went to college in Wilson and that whole downtown literally was boarded up buildings aside from a few local spots only 5 years ago, it’s insane to see the growth
