I work this company for 10years I'm 56 years old I got injured this company. left hand surgery. shoulder and hip pain come and go can't stand for 10mns or sitting down I need laying down I'm in FML hr stopped my benefits she called my adjuster because she wanted me to go back to work. icant I'm still in doctor's Care.

I’ve worked as an ARO (area rotation/ing operator) but didn’t get the title nor had a pay raise BUT other people who hardly worked and always wanted to leave got promoted; I was also asked to not leave the company and was told I was gonna get a pay raise, but didn’t the pay raise bc “no paper trial” when stayed at the job; is that retaliation or discrimination?

Is it discrimination if you’re the only woman in the department and the only one who got a bad review and moved out of the office onto the shop floor and forced to do 2 roles with no pay increase and are froze out of department communications?

i had to push my company all the way thru corporate hr for ada accommodations. ever since they had to finally legally be part of a conversation and find a compromise to main accommodation. they have been nit picking me constantly. in tiny and different worded "threatening to do their job" hinting at firing. for not hittinf specific numbers of sign ups and wrote me up for my only 2nd mistake i ever made on a return claiming i did tons over 6 months but would not provide what other mistakes after 1 month prior only being told i had made 1 mistake in like over a yr ive worked there.

A war for the government. I got hurt my back and now I ask for the F. M l a i letter accommodation, and now I gotta go and get a mail and the Post Office and attend. They want to trying to get me out of my position. And the only Hispanic and that department that I know nobody else is like, I'm Cuban, and I tried to get rid of me. I want to see if we can do something about this. Thank you

hi my son is working at a compeny then after a year over a weekend he lost his arm acedent he was 2 months off work the boss said he can come back he is a good worker but now the boss is getting funny with him and not treathing him well and evety one got increas but not him

My company did this to 3 older ladies in my dept they all of a sudden told them they weren’t getting there numbers at work and they have been here 10+ years and now they forced them to “retire” or they were going to write them up every day until they quit 🤦♀️or “retire” so they left I told them over and over to call HR but were to afraid I guess :(
