@coaching.gifted: Traumatic intelligence develops when a highly intelligent individual deals with CPTSD. There are ten signs that point out to whether they are dealing with CPTSD and have developed traumatic intelligence. I help highly intelligent individuals understand their minds and improve emotional intelligence so that they can live up to their potential. #highintelligence #highlyintelligent #traumaticintelligence #cptsd
CPTSD and high intelligence equals basically being able to read people’s minds, because hyper vigilance and pattern recognition on speed picks up every single little flinch, and processes the information and make logical conclusions. Also very exhausting being constantly in fight flight.

Would this be one reason why I can read upside down and/or reverse just as well as normal? 🤔 I’m constantly scanning my environment for information and situational awareness

Totally me. slightly above IQ, tested.
also suffer CPTSD, not tested or dx.
I work in a chaotic environment, and this trait helps me, bit also hinders as I am ahead of what I should be, makes me look impatient.
but yeah. bang on

I don’t flee from my environment, it just feeds my conviction… but my mind never does go calm and that is what I try to hide from. I don’t sleep for days sometimes studying to solve a problem till my nervous system calms down and that is the hardest thing that I hate going through and why I want to flee from it with distractions to create noise.

Developing addiction was the easiest way to restrain the mind from thinking. When you have to wake up days without sleep At the same time, it strives to complete all daily tasks effectively. Here you start looking for a way out because thinking is a struggle when you lose control of it.

I have borderline personality disorder and high intelligence. my anxiety can last 6 months or more around a single event. The best way i have found to regulate myself is a combo of mindfulness and quality connections with other people. physical exercise is a major component too
