@bear_wife12: Breakfast for husband day 38 - Soy Butter Cabbage & Rice Noodles I love how the cabbage keeps its perfect crunch! The combination of the cabbage juice and soy butter makes for such a savory, flavorful sauce. It’s so addictive that you’ll find the entire head of cabbage gone before you know it! 1. Prep the Cabbage: Cut a wide hole around the core of the cabbage. Fill the space with 4T of butter, 2T of soy sauce, 2T of agave syrup (or 1T of sugar), and a sprinkle of black pepper. Wrap the bottom and sides of the cabbage with foil, leaving the top open. 2. Place your meat in a pressure cooker and add water along with a coin broth tablet. 3. Place a steamer basket inside the pot and set the prepared cabbage on top. 4. Pressure Cook: Cook using the "Multi-cook" (High Pressure) mode for 25 to 30 minutes. - 25 mins: Slightly crunchy texture. - 30 mins: Soft and tender texture. 5. Remove the steamed cabbage and meat from the pot. 6. Add rice noodles and bean sprouts to the remaining broth and bring to a boil. Top with chopped chives and black pepper to finish. #CabbageRecipe #PressureCookerRecipes #OnePotMeal #breakfast #cookinghack
