ferritin was an answer for me:) if you didn’t check, i recommend. you can take tones of iron and have great iron lvl but without good amount of ferritin it gives nothing.

this is so frustrating 😅 when everyone keeps suggesting things but you’ve already tried everything… I remember feeling like that too, dealing with hair issues, low energy and just feeling off with no clear answers. it makes you feel stuck. nothing I tried really helped long term. then in a womens group someone mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by Loren Green). have you by any chance checked your hormones (estrogen progesterone and testosterone) and CRP? my hair loss was related to high CRP

I would check hormones - not a one off blood test but the urine test that you do throughout the day. Bloods are not accurate for hormones.

I started losing my hair and went to a dermatologist that specializes in women’s issues. During the appointment she examined my hair/scalp. Fortunately it wasn’t female pattern baldness. Her approach was to evaluate the prescription and OTC medications I had been taking for the past two years. The conclusion was large doses of Naproxen (Alieve) prescribed by another doctor. I quit taking Naproxen and my hair grew back.
