Production depends more on the quality of the feeds salts and dairy meal. genetics and management. the boost itself cannot increase milk..A vow giving you 19 litres there is no magic to make it produce 15 litres leave alone the 40L he us talking about...No short cut in farming. he is just selling his products..30g of the booster costs 50Ksh..do yr maths

l can differ with you a bit coz the highest percentage the do called boosters can increase milk production upto 2.6%, so if you do calculations for a cow producing 30lts a day will have increased to around 0.9lts. as a wise farmer do calculations on your returns before you started using it and after and you will realize nutrition is the key
