@madelainerascan: There's no "fat loss foods".. It's really up to you. I'm just a chick with a big appetite, who feels much better on whole, unprocessed carbs. Average slice sourdough = 180 cals. That's before adding any fats or protein. I can eat so much more food for the same calories in pumpkin, watermelon and dragon fruit and be so much more full (and hydrated) To be clear… Do I eat bread and pasta sometimes? Yup! Do I only eat egg whites? Absolutely not. Lots of eggs. Can you make any food fit into your fat loss plan, if you preferred sourdough, some pasta etc? YES! Calories dictate fat loss. 99% of the time, I’m choosing my calories from whole foods because I’m less likely to over eat. That’s it. I look sweaty and stinky cus that’s exactly what I am here. XO

heyyy! I have one question, if I do this, won’t it be harder to eat in smaller portions of other types of food?? Like, for example I feel like I eat a lot and I’m trying to be more aware of my portions. So this is perfect for me but at the same time I feel like when I go out and have pizza or a pasta or something, won’t I be used to volume eating?

same here, for my 1st meal I have 6 egg whites, 175g of my homemade kimchi and 200g of cauliflower rice. 200sh calories and a huge bowel of food ❤️

I recently switched to adding egg whites to my morning breakfast of two eggs it’s made such a big difference. I don’t know why it was resistant to this for so long, but I really appreciate your content. It also helps that you’re very funny. Hahaha totally keep doing you !
