Constantly going back and forth on our current financial decisions. In the next year or two, my husband and I want to sell our house and upgrade to a nicer house. Any extra savings we have goes to our HYSA to pad the downpayment further. I can’t stop thinking about losing out on that money that could be invested. Also, if we would stay in this house it would be paid off in a few years so we could invest the amount we paid for a mortgage if we don’t move but my husband doesn’t want to stay. Such a tough spot! 😩
