when under pressure i eather preform at my best or my brain will just give up and say like "its too late, you wont make it in time"😭

same 🫠 ADHD definitely has strengths but the daily struggle with food and energy was real for me… random eating, feeling heavy, tired, out of balance all the time. I thought I just had no discipline. I felt stuck for years. a friend told me to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol (written by loren green) and I gave it a shot… 30 lbs gone, no more chaos around food, feel way more in control. worth it fr, kinda crazy how hidden this info is

The only part of this description that differs from my personality is that I do get caught up in little details very often and accidentally hyper focused on the wrong things like the little details not on purpose obviously but sometimes I just obsess or get stuck.
