if I'm honest. I watch people's tiktoks of steaming milk and none ever worked for me. but working in a chain coffee shop I don't have time to wait with the milk so I have my own thing. I posted a video recently showing the steam and the pouring. but it's different for every coffee machine,steam arms have different pressure

I think you just need to make sure to bang and swirl the milk making sure it looks like wet paint and if it’s foamy let it sit for a few seconds the pour the foam off the top and then when pouring tilt the cup so the spout of the jug is as close as possible to the coffee make sure to slowly tilt back to straight to get a good design

try steaming the milk very close to the jug! I’ve always found it’s helped me get the right amount of foam!

Try holding your cup at an angle so you can get the spout right in, level as you pour :)
