Stir occasionally, then add vinegar. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Garlic Mayo ½ cup mayonnaise 1 cloves garlic finely grated 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Cut the cheese into sticks. Coat each piece in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating for a double layer.Place the coated cheese sticks in the fridge for at least 1 hour.Heat the oil to 175 °C (350 °F).
