It did and as CRA does they decide nope we will charge you anyway even though we used a big named accounting firm. They also charged us anyway even though extra $15,000 for moving for 1 year to another city aka gave $15,000 then took it back and penalties even though we met the 1 year minimum for the move. Oh and like $20,000 for capital gains CRA can’t be trusted

The RTA will protect that tenant. Hopefully, when he decides to back, the tenant will not decide to exercise their rights. I am going through this right now. Hope the best for him. That tenant will be his biggest struggle.
