i feel like frame data is the most basic thing in order to be even considered above casual players, and it’s not even hard. - is punishable or safe. + means you can make a move and your opponent either has to stay blocking or get caught trying to press buttons. 0 frames on block just means it’s neutral, nothing to punish but nothing to capitalize on.
