🙋🏼♀️two years after being off birth control I was diagnosed with PCOS. Didn’t have a period for one year but now I’m more regular. Just horrible cortisol 🙃

ME✋🏼 I was on birth control for 10 years and was diagnosed with PCOS a year after stopping! I've been on Ovasitol (the theralogix brand) and also the supplement DIM detox and my cycle is now regular and all other symptoms have basically disappeared!
