I have been trying to get in touch with yourselves for 2 weeks, all live chat tickets keep getting closed. myself and my wife attended the office in Manchester to have our issue resolved and was told we would be contacted straight away, we received a phone call from a rude customer service agent who was no help and would not listen to us at all. she lied repeatedly on the phone and was only interested in us paying more money. we raised another ticket and received an automated update that we would be contacted in 24/48 hours, it has been 4 days. My wife is travelling back into Manchester to attend the office again as we can't get a response/contact from anyone. awful awful company, horrendous customer service and rude customer service agents.
