@lastairbender222: let’s talk fat loss. as someone who has lost & maintained a 25 lb weightloss for about 3 years now, ive always been open about my struggles with overating & binge eating. food isn’t always easy for me at least LOL, so these are some ways ive retrained my brain and mindset to help me with those struggles and honestly how i stop/eliminate bad habits from my life in general. i hope this can help someone, love u shawties 🙏💆♀️❤️🔥

i don’t usually get full, it’s just mindless snacking. but i don’t know how to stop, and i don’t always feel so physically bad from it since i don’t have that full feeling, it’s just being uncomfortable in my body. and in a way im afraid of food. i feel super stuck :/

I associate the feeling of being full with being done. But that usually means I overate and it’s a bad cycle so I trick myself by drinking carbonated drinks with a smaller meal to get the “full” sensation.
