My wife and I almost bought a house there five years ago. We chose western Culver City instead. I’m happy with her decision for one big reason. The general living there is not good. Anywhere you wanna go parking is a nightmare, the grocery store stores are not very good, and the restaurants are just OK. No matter what you’re gonna have traffic at all times. I think it would take an hour to get to LAX and I travel regularly for work.

Yes it’s part of LA so response time is hours. Also there are so many unhoused neighbors to share tree lines quite luxury streets. Also there’s the mansion tax. So no.

Negative. West Hollywood is theee hottest neighborhood. Tenants move in and stay for years. Its a 15 minute city. 98 walking score. That’s literally one toe in your living room one toe in wholefoods. One of our neighbors has been in his apartment for over 28 yrs. his neighbor 19 yrs this trend is growing.
