I thought I had heartburn as I was experiencing my heart attack. 100% blockage LAD. I didn’t get the sweats until I was on the phone with 911. Got my stent and home 2 days later where I am anxious 24/7. I don’t trust my body especially after having no symptoms leading up to the event.

For me, the difference is heart burn feels like acid washing up into your esophagus.

I had a silent heart attack, I was lightheaded,took my blood pressure and it was 50 over 40! I called 911 and opened the front door and waited. the paramedics said I should have passed out but I was conscious and alert. my DX was cardiogenic shock, had 2 stents in me the following day and home the next day. 🌹❤️🌹

I do a water test. Take a sip of water. If it burns going down, it's heartburn or acid reflux. If it doesn't burn, get checked out.

That’s all I felt was heart burn and some nausea. No chest pain, no arm pain…. Nothing. And I had a widowmaker 100% blockage stemi!! Was airlifted from one hosp to another to save my life.
