I didn’t use prep agent. All I did was take the Aceable practice tests over and over for about 3 weeks and I passed the test the first time.

As an attorney, who is also a first time homebuyer, I do think that you should take this video down. It is critical in real estate transactions that buyer’s agent and seller’s agent understands contracts and agency. While I am glad that you have a good grasp of those topics now, that those two topics were the areas you had the most questions wrong would dissuade me from choosing you as my agent.

My manager told me about real estate advantage on YouTube honestly the best thing you can do as well as buying the book in your state. My manager took the exam at the same time as me and we both passed (I’m in property management but my company requires me to take it regardless)

just passed my examm🥰🥰🥰 Glory to GOD 🙇♀️If a sister needs support DM me, and I will tell good study materials to use right, advice or study tips and way to prepare more effectively so you won’t fail your first time trust me you don’t need to have testing anxiety or cry over it before you pass, honestly passing the exams usually comes down to studying smart and staying consistent and finding the right resources. Focus on understanding the key topics, practicing past questions and managing your time well.
