98% of boat owners are not negative. Because it’s real hard to be negative WHILE ON A BOAT!

Only people who are negative about boats don’t have boats! Same with Campers, SXS, and diesel trucks🤷♂️

Boats get bad rep from people that buy it and let it sit. It’s more expensive to sit than to use it.

Buying and selling your boat is NOT the happiest you’ll be with boat ownership. Every time on the water is a good time!

I live in FL, the one thing I hated was pulling it out the water and the steps that follow. Especially after a long day on the water. 💯🫡

The only people that still say that shit about “buying and selling are the two best days” I’m convinced have never owned their own. I cried selling my first one knowing I was signing paperwork for the new one 20 minutes later 😂

I prefer any boat with a mercruiser v8 either a Chevy smallblock or big block. Both are cheap to maintain and relatively easy to work on and very reliable

I LOVE my Yamaha. First boat I owned and so glad that’s what I decided to buy. Super low maintenance. Best days are on the water for sure.

The only people who say the two best day things are the ones without a boat but wish they could have one.

I would say because most people irresponsibly buy one with an outrageous loan that they will be paying 10%+ interest on for 15 years. If you can actually AFFORD a boat they are great

All I want is like a regular 17ft tracker, a c6 vette and a 3rd gen sierra and I’ll be happy😭

You are correct I had the same boat as you at first I'm up to a 27-ft Sea Ray if you have to pay somebody to work on it then you don't need a boat

I am very happy with my boat. My kids enjoy the boat. People that trash talk owning a boat never owned a boat or had a $1000 boat they bought with a 1970 motor… I’ve had a boat the last 18 years, 7 different boats over the years.

I bought a little bass boat for $1000 bucks that had been sitting for years. Some fresh plugs, new seals in the trim unit, and fresh fluids had it running. I have put 0 dollars into that motor since other than plugs here and there as it is a 2 stroke but I fish on that boat 3x a week. They aren’t half as bad as everyone makes it out to be
