Hi!! As an ex optician, try dailies :) I use acuvue oasys max dailies. Incredibly expensive but super comfortable and has a blue light filter in the contact!!!

Get dailys! They’re thinner than monthlys so they’ll feel softer! I also like to put the drops into the “bowl” of the contact before I stick it in my eye, I feel like it hydrates it better

If they feel scratchy they aren’t the ones for you. If you have astigmatism you need toric lenses. Some people that don’t have astigmatism still need toric lenses because of their eyes are shaped.

Total 1 dailies are the best. I tried on a couple different brands and it felt like I had sandpaper in my eyes. I truly don’t feel the total 1 dailies. Been wearing them for almost 5 years.

been wearing contacts for 14 years? haha I absolutely cannot feel them in my eyes. if you can feel them then something is on them 😭 and daily lenses are 1000000x better than monthly!!!! monthly are harder to keep completely clean bc theyre thicker and tend to hold onto stuff while the dailys are thinner theyre also more slippery allowing debris to come off easily. ive worn both for several years and daily lenses are the move

Wait why was everyone freaking out? I had lasik done and have had zero issues and it’s been 7 years since I had it done. I hated wearing glasses and hated having to put in my contacts everyday. I wore the daily’s and they weren’t uncomfortable but my eyes would feel pretty dry after a while. Lasik was the best decision in ever made 🙌🏼

a tip i’ve not seen anyone mention ! make sure they’re in the right way. they should be bowl shaped, but if they’re upside down, the edges will flare out. that could be why you’re feeling them. also make sure you get contact safe eye drops, the regular ones will degrade the lenses

I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 12 (now 35) and I wear mine all day, every day. They should not be uncomfortable.

Daily’s are thinner and more comfortable than monthly ones. There’s also one that are specifically made for dry eyes and you literally can’t feel them at all they’re amazing

Contact wearer for over 15 years, get daily contacts all others always feel weird after day 1, i recommend the brand clariti for sensitive eyes :)

GET THE CONTACT PLUNGER. it’s like a toilet plunger for contacts and it’s perfect when you have long nails 🫶🏼🕺🏻

best tip is if ur losing focus, close ur eyelids and move ur eyes around like ur rolling them. it will readjust the contacts so the center is aligned with ur pupil!

I don’t wear contacts often so when I put them in they’re super uncomfy! I usually look all around/move my eye around a lot to get the contact to adjust??? Idk if it’s placebo but works for me

i been using contacts since i was 8 years old for sport reasons, I LOVEE CONTACTS def find the brand that worlds for you, my fav is acuvue moist but there are so many brands. Good eye drops to use when the contacts feel dry is ivizia. I love daily’s more then monthly since they feel less dry

moisturizer your eyes alot and yk the solution that comes with it? put alot on the lens before you put it in it will help when u blink they dont move - focus and unfocus-
