When I was younger I never knew any one from my family the only ppl I knew was my mum,dad,sister and cousins. When I was 6 I had a dream of hearing weird noises from my parents room, I walked in knowing my parents were not in there as I seem to be the only one in the house. The house looked very dark, damp, dusty. It was almost unrecognisable, but I walked in my parents room scared at what I was going to face. A old woman with curly brown hair stepped out of my parents wardrobe and stared at me which freaked me out. I watched her move her hand to something in her pocket and she pulled out a knife so I ran down stairs to run to the front door. I got to the last two steps of the stairs and got 🔪. I woke up from my sleep puzzled and scared at nearly half 3 in the morning . After 3 days of struggling to sleep I told my mum about the interaction and the woman I described to her made her face go pale white and caused her to feel sick. She made me go to school worried and when I got home she showed me a photo album back when my mum was a little girl. She went through the pages and I noticed in a lot of the photos the woman from my dream was there. Turns out my mum told me that she didn’t know why she was in my dream but it was her mum who died from cancer a year before I was even born. My mum wouldn’t have conceived me if she wasn’t grieving her mum. After knowing this story for 13 years I still don’t know what to do with this story and what the dream even means. But I didn’t know what any of my family looks like, I’ve never seen a photo of my nana it was actually the first time I heard my mum talk about her to me. I used to get yelled at for bringing up family, I asked about my grandparents before on both sides and my parents yelled at me for it so idk anything
