Does Xian have a separate fryer for gluten free? I find a lot of places have the gluten free spice ingredients wise, but it’s made in the usual oil so cross contamination is a big thing x

boojum is so hit and miss. the last one we got in dublin my coeliac husband asked them to change gloves as they'd just tapped the wheat wraps and they couldn't understand why
