Ghosht Bafle recipe👇🏻🤤 Ingredients: For the Ghosht: * 1 kg beef or mutton with bone * 1 large onion (chopped) * 1 cup ginger, garlic & onion paste * Oil as needed Whole Spices: * Black pepper * Black cardamom * Green cardamom * Cinnamon stick * Cloves * Bay leaf Ground Spices: * Coriander powder * Turmeric powder * Red chili powder * Salt For the Bafle: * 5 cups whole wheat flour * ½ cup oil * 1 tsp salt * Around 1 cup water (adjust as needed) For Boiling the Bafle: * Water * A pinch of turmeric * Little oil For Garnish: * Fresh cilantro * Ghee ⸻ Method: 1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add all the whole spices. Add chopped onions and sauté for a few minutes until soft. 2. Add the meat and cook for a few minutes. Then add the ginger, garlic & onion paste and cook again for a few minutes. Add turmeric and salt, cover, and let it cook on low heat for about 30 minutes. 3. Add coriander powder and red chili powder. Mix well and pressure cook for 15–20 minutes or until the meat becomes tender. Garnish with fresh cilantro. 4. For the bafle dough, mix whole wheat flour, oil, and salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. 5. Take small portions of dough and roll them out. Apply a little oil and roll/fold again as shown in the video to create the bafle layers. 6. In a pot, boil water with a little turmeric and oil. Add the bafle one by one and boil for 3–4 minutes. Remove and let them dry for a few minutes. 7. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 10–15 minutes until lightly golden. Brush with ghee while hot. Serve warm with the flavorful ghosht and enjoy 🤍
