I’ve watched a million tutorials and no one on the planet said that you have to prime THEN SET IT. That was NEVER MENTIONED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE and I thought I was just bad at doing eyeshadow cuz I just had primer.

I have hooded eyes and by the end of the day my eyeshadow has clung onto the creases of my eyelid so when I close my eyes it looks stripy 😅 is there anything to fix that or is it just another hooded eye issue?! 🥰
