John Davis :
I'm a landlord, and all of my tenants have some kind of outstanding debt, like a car loan or CC, but as long as none are delinquent, it's not a big deal. I regularly turn down someone with like a payday loan if it is delinquent or in collections. Maybe they're be a good tenant, I'm not saying that they wouldn't, but here's the deal, if I accept the guy who hasn't paid somebody whom they owe, I'm also doing something else, I'm also rejecting someone, maybe twenty or thirty other someones, who have an unblemished credit history, so the question is, if I have to reject somebody, why should the somebody that I reject the person with a spotless history report in order to accept be the guy who failed to pay back somebody whom they have a legal obligation to repay?
