My doctor had me not drink body armor saying it was the main reasoning for baby’s getting reflux these days. I had no idea! Also get the owlet. The peace of mind it will give you is worth every penny.

This is controversial but look into safe co sleeping because intentional chest sleeping in bed is much safer than sleeping in a rocking chair! You both will sleep better this way!!

Owlet worth it! Body armor caused reflux in my baby but I switched to liquid IV for hydration and it didnt happen anymore

My son has reflux and he’s on prescribed Pepcid! It’s helped SO much so I would definitely ask the pediatrician about that to see if it’s a option for him 🤍

Body armor can give him reflux! There are other electrolytes out there though that don’t cause it!

My baby’s reflux was insane and we eventually found out he has CMPA & an egg allergy - maybe consider cutting out dairy and/or other allergens?

Dang I’m seeing comments about body armor causing reflux so I wanted to share a better and natural alternative- coconut water!!! Some call it “nature’s Gatorade” really good for hydration & supports milk supply. 🫶🏽
