@hazzytrainer: Leg Curls or Leg Crunches? ⚠️ ⚠️ NOTE: This is an exercise for entertainment, most lifters might not have the active range of motion to perform this movement, so if you feel slight pain in your lower back, avoid doing this completely. Step 1: You want to Position your Quads right under the Leg Curls Pad. Step 2: Grab the Pad with your Hands where your Upper Body would lay. Step 3: Instead of Having your Elbows Flared Out, slightly Tuck your Elbows in for better stability. Step 4: Bring your Feet in Together. Step 5: Lift with your Knees Up and Crunch towards your Lower Abs. Keep in Mind, you don't need to extend your Hips all the way down, to stay safe, Stop your Legs from Going Behind your Body. Save This for next time you do Leg Crunches Keep crushing it saiyans 🔥 #abs #crunches
