i’m 23 and i feel the same way. i try really hard to be independent, but i would end up getting in my own way. also, i don’t understand why i have to stress so much all the every day in surviving or being independent just because capitalism or the economy/job market sucks.

I honestly think it’s just not wanting to conform to capitalistic standards and that isn’t inherently wrong. I don’t think anybody wants to work until they’re old but eventually it stops being optional. Especially if you aren’t wealthy or don’t have a family to back you up financially.
