I’m just so proud of you. I missed the signs when it was happening and just thought you were a distant friend so I didn’t pay any mind to it. I know we’re not super close anyway, but when we stopped interacting as much I was so sad. Now knowing what I know, I understand why. Just know I’m so proud of you and how far you’ve come and your son is gonna have an amazing mom. 🖤

daughter of the local NA facilitator, i have never seen my father high, hes been clean for 23 years, im 17– ive spent my entire LIFE around NA members, they are the sweetest, kindest and strongest people ive ever known, they helped with my homework, they talked to me about school and my future, they even congratulated me on my graduation when i became a CNA, i now provide childcare at the meetings so that someones baby can know the true healing power of NA for all people involved

I got sober the minute the test showed 2 lines. 7 years this October. Doing it for your kids locks it in so much harder. You’re doing incredible things, keep going 🙌🏻🫶🏻

I’m so very proud of you. From an addict who didn’t become an addict until after I had kids, there are 6 years of memories I’ll never get back and even though I have 4 years clean and we’ve made so many beautiful ones, I think about the ones I missed every day. You are amazing ❤️
