They are so delicious and you can meal prep them easily for the week!👇🏽 - Ingredients: • 3 cups egg whites 1/2 cup tomatoes (I use sun dried tomatoes) handful of spinach salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (sprinkled evenly across pan) 4 large tortillas 1/2 cup light cream cheese (I use 95% light) 1 cup light mozzarella cheese - Notes: • bake in the oven at 325F for 12-13 minutes until the top is slightly firm but still soft • my baking sheet size was 13x18 inches • I like to sauté my spinach in a pan beforehand to remove any extra moisture • you can use a mix of whole eggs and egg whites if you want some extra calories / nutrition from the yolk - 300 calories, 34g protein, 25g carbs, 7g fat (per wrap of 4) - - #Recipe #breakfast #wrap #eggs #homemade
love this idea. I primarily eat egg whites and this is a creative way for me to not get bored. I would add sautéed onions and green chillies for that extra kick. Thanks for sharing🙏
