@kimberly.gergel: Opened my first KG of matcha. I bought this wholesale shipped from Japan. This is for my small matcha pop up/ small business. I was a little nervous to buy so much in bulk but it actually would save me more money than buying the 50g canisters. The color was a beautiful vibrant green! I am hoping to use all of it before it looses its color which is why Im doing the best i can to keep it fresh by keeping them in sealed containers and in the refrigerator.
